Baking Instructions for 9” unbaked Double Crust Sweet pies.

Pre-heat oven to 375℉ (frozen) or 400℉ (unfrozen pie). Unfold parchment sheet and place onto cookie sheet. Spray with non-stick oil spray. Leave foil on the edges of pie-this is to prevent burning your edges and helps minimize mess! Bake pie on sheet, on middle rack for approximately 25-30 minutes(individual pie) to 1 -1 ½ hours (9”) OR until golden and filling is thickened and bubbly. (THIS COULD TAKE MORE OR LESS TIME DEPENDING ON YOUR OVEN!) Frozen pies will take more time, up to 1.5 hours for 9” pie. Allow pie to rest for 10-15 minutes before cutting. This will allow the filling to thicken. Remove foil and enjoy! Refrigerate left-overs for up to 3-4 days.

To reheat baked pies pre-heat oven to 350&#8457. Place pie on cookie sheet, heat for 15-20 minutes.

Tips: Spray your parchment with a bit of baking nonstick spray! Check your pies every 15 minutes by turning the oven light on and peering inside for a moment…the more you open the oven, the more you let out heat, the more time it will take to bake, so don’t stand there with the oven door open! Be sure to bake your pie on a cookie sheet, or it will drip and grease make a mess on the bottom of your oven!
